Shipping § Returns

Our return period is 14 days from the date you receive your order. You may request a return within this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be completely unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, cosmetic stains, odors, or any other marks

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@bensueofficial.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once received, all returns will be carefully inspected before approval.

Shipping Method

We offer worldwide complimentary shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been picked up by the courier.

Duties & Taxes

All duties and tax amounts are included in price. Your package will not require any payment upon delivery. Price at checkout reflects final price of your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
